Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your first payment — 14-day cooling-off right
By law, you have 14 days from your first payment to cancel and receive a full refund. Because access to live sessions and recordings begins immediately, at checkout we will ask you to confirm that you want access to start straight away and that you understand this means you give up this 14-day right once you've started using the service. If you don't confirm this, the full 14-day right applies to your first payment.
Cancelling your ongoing subscription
- You can cancel at any time via emailing info@mathshaqs.com
- Cancellation stops future billing — you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for
- No partial-month refunds are given for cancelling partway through a paid period, beyond the 14-day right above
Other refunds
If a technical failure on our side prevents you from accessing a session or its recording, contact us at info@mathshaqs.com and we'll resolve it or offer a credit/refund for the affected period at our discretion.
Failed payments
If a recurring payment fails (e.g. Direct Debit bounce, expired card), we'll notify you and attempt to process payment again. Access may be paused if payment isn't resolved within 7 days.
